Regulations
Admission to the campground implies acceptance and full compliance with these regulations
ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, you must report to the front desk with the documents (ID card or passport, not driver's license) of all family members.
DEPARTURE
Departure is expected by 11:00 am. Payment for the stay must be made the day before departure by 7:00 pm.
CHILDREN
Children must be supervised and escorted at all times, especially to the pool, playground and restrooms. We kindly ask you to cooperate, as it is essential for us to keep the restrooms clean. The management disclaims all responsibility.
VISITORS
Visitors are allowed to enter from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm upon presentation of ID and registration. The visit is free for the first hour; after that time the fee to be paid at the reception desk will be charged. Management may suspend the entrance of visitors.
SILENCE
From 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, no motor vehicles may be driven and silence is requested. Radios or anything else that disturbs other guests may not be used. It is recommended to keep a low tone of voice.
ANIMALS
Every animal must be kept on a leash at all times. They are not allowed in the pool and bathrooms. We ask dog owners to pick up any droppings and avoid having holes dug in the ground if possible.
WASTE
To help protect the environment, please use the designated bins located at the entrance to the parking lot to separate waste: paper, plastic (including cans), glass and undifferentiated waste.
WATER LOADING AND UNLOADING
In the parking lot, in addition to the yellow manholes placed near the plots, there is a special container for toilet cassette disposal, equipped with water fill and flush.
BALNATION
Management disclaims any responsibility for accidents or anything else that may occur while swimming in the pool. Diving is prohibited and the use of a swimming cap is mandatory (other rules regarding the pool are posted at the entrance of the pool).
LOST ITEMS
Management is not responsible for items not specifically turned in for safekeeping, especially those left unattended in bathrooms, tents, caravans and campers. Any items found can be turned in at the front desk.
PROHIBITIONS
It is forbidden to dig ditches and holes in the ground, light fires, drive nails into trees, damage flowers, plants, utilities and camping equipment, and spill hot or soapy water at the base of plants. Management reserves the right to remove from the Campground anyone responsible for harassment or vandalism. People are asked not to waste water and to use biodegradable detergents in the sinks provided in the bathroom block.
FAILURE TO ARRIVE.
In case of no-show without prior notice, the reservation will be cancelled at 8:00 am the next day.
Pool
OPENING
For safety reasons, it is mandatory to observe the opening and closing times of the pool (9:00 am - 7:00 pm). Management reserves the right to change the time of use of the pool depending on weather conditions.
CLEANING
It is mandatory to soak the feet in the tub containing disinfectant and shower before entering the water.
CHILDREN
It is compulsory to wear restraining costumes for children up to 3 years old and for people with physiological problems. Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised.
SAFETY
Running on the poolside, diving, playing dangerous games in and out of the water (pushing, fighting, etc.), playing ball and using flippers are prohibited. Unhygienic behavior contrary to the decency and health of other bathers is prohibited.
LETTINS
It is forbidden to occupy the sunbeds without being present in the pool.
PROHIBITIONS
Smoking, bringing in glass bottles and glasses, cans, and eating are prohibited throughout the fenced pool area. It is forbidden to litter outside the designated bins.
WARNING
The management may remove from the facility those who do not comply with the above rules and disclaims all civil and criminal liability for objects or valuables left in the pool and for any accidents caused by the guests to themselves and/or third parties, due to non-compliance with the rules.
